We’re Jeremy, Larissa, Matt, and Laila. We’ve led product teams, built technical products, and worked through the messy parts of getting things shipped. Sailcraft is how we bring that experience to your team.

Our story
Between us, we’ve worked on developer tools, platforms, remote work, and AI at GitLab, Remote, Okteto, and Vectara. We’ve spent a lot of time helping teams decide what to build and working out how to get it into people’s hands.
We enjoy that work. Especially the part where you get close to a problem, try something, and learn from the people using it. Sailcraft gives us a way to do more of it, together.
AI has opened up a lot of possibilities. It’s also left teams with plenty to figure out: where to start, what’s worth building, and how to tell whether it’s helping. We can work through those questions with you and stay involved through the build.
You’ll work directly with us. We’ll share what we’re trying, show you the rough versions, and ask for your input. By the time we hand things over, we want your team to feel comfortable running what we’ve built together.

Jeremy Watson
CEO
Jeremy has worked at Dropbox and GitLab, and led product at Remote. He’s a product leader, operator, and founder who enjoys getting back to building. His work spans deciding what to build, helping teams make decisions, and connecting that work to what the business needs.

Larissa has worked at Remote, GitLab, and Puppet, including on Distribution at GitLab. She brings experience with the platforms teams rely on, the technical constraints behind them, and the coordination it takes to get a product into people’s hands.
